RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns Policy
UNIK takes extreme care to ensure goods sent out are of the highest quality. Every garment is checked before its posted. If by some chance you receive a good that you perceive to be faulty, you need to take a photo and email us at sales@unikclothing.com.au. We will then assess the garment and get in touch with you.
Change of mind returns (purchased online)
Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. They must be in original condition, tags attached, unworn and unwashed. We are happy to refund, exchange or give store credit ( ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY). We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise fails to meet our refund policy requirements.
For refunds you must print off the refund form, complete and place it with the parcel you’re returning. Postage fee will be charged to you where free postage was given, once you return your goods.
If you require to exchange a garment or receive store credit, you may go into one of our stores. NO REFUNDS will be provided in stores.
Garments purchased from stores must be returned to store for credit note or exchange if you change your mind.
Sale and Discounted Items
No exchange or refund on sale items, and on accessories.
For all returns please allow up to 5 days from when we receive for your returns form to be processed.
